Q. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

A. Each one-of-a-kind piece you order is a Seashells and Sunshine Ocean Art original. Returns and refunds are not accepted. In the event that an item has arrived damaged from the shipping process, please contact us to have a replacement created for you or a refund issued.

A. We are currently selling our products in Canada and the United States.
